The United States government commits state sanctioned murder. State-sanctioned murder is part of the extremely prevalent gang-stalking program which operates via American societal functions. Gangstalking is the result of thousands of congressional earmarks (stealthily hidden congressional and legislative stiplations) that broke through congressional legislative assemblies, past Congress, and found their way into the US legal code. Gangstalking is when American citizens are mobilized, delegated, and targeted [those deployed in gangstalking campaigns against their lives] as they go about their daily business.
Gangstalkers are responsible for derivative car accidents, violent street encounters, and deadly police encounters, all which are used as weapons against targeted individuals.
Derived vehicle sequestration on targeted persons, mobilization of criminally insane street thugs, and bogus 911 calls to local law enforcement officers are all weapons gangstalkers use against targeted individuals.
Because gangstalking is a global scourge, these tragedies happen all over the world. you're right. In other countries, legal codes are marked as enabling gangstalking by the same thugs that have enabled community bullying/harassment and workplace bullying/workplace mobbing in the United States.
The only way to defeat gangstalking is to hold the United States Congress accountable. Since September 11, 2001, there have been hundreds of thousands of earmarks that have secretly passed Congress, tagging national security bills and overall budget and infrastructure bills.
Calling gangstalking treason, unconstitutional, and embezzlement is an understatement. The activity betrays the public trust and ridicules the legislative process used by the U.S. Congress since the 18th century. There is a [follow the money] element to gangstalking, and the orchestrators of gangstalking benefit the from carnage, chaos, and anarchy.
The US code no longer represents constitutional values. America is not a democratic country. America is not a constitutional republic.
The US is a client country and legislative dummy that can be manipulated by malicious third parties using the earmark mechanism.
