What fascinates me about the 1993 Waco, Siege, is that the same pork barreled, earmarked, stealthily approved congressional misses that allowed the Branch Davidians to be surveilled, confronted, and massacred, are the same legislative blunders that have allowed gang-stalking to be legalized and implemented; essentially “ deputizing “ private citizens and making them actors and representatives of the state in what are a series of criminally annoying maneuvers and equally menacing encounters.
